5. Anonymous Submissions

Anonymity Notice: While we do not collect personally identifiable information, we store an IP address hash for abuse prevention. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Submissions are public and may be viewed by anyone. Do not include information that could identify you or others.

6. Responder Accounts

Volunteer responders must apply and be approved by administrators. Approval is based on qualifications, experience, and adherence to our Responder Code of Conduct.

6.2 Responder Responsibilities

Responders agree to:

  • Follow the Responder Code of Conduct
  • Not provide medical, legal, or professional advice
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
6.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate responder accounts for violations of these terms or the Responder Code of Conduct.

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

  • Review, monitor, and remove any content
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Take action on reported content
  • Modify or delete content without prior notice
Note: Content moderation is performed by administrators and may not be immediate. Report inappropriate content using the report feature.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant AnonymyzeMe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and moderate your content on our platform.

All platform features, design, and functionality are owned by Messages Never Seen and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Disclaimers

Not Professional Services: AnonymyzeMe is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or other professional services.

Service Provided "As Is":

  • Responder advice is peer support, not professional counseling
  • Use of the service is at your own risk

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • AnonymyzeMe and Messages Never Seen are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service
  • We are not responsible for user-generated content
  • We are not liable for actions taken based on information received through the platform
  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the service (currently $0)
