So. There is this boy i’ve liked since 2022 and i really wanna tell him how i feel. his sister is one of my closest friends and she says that there is a very strong possibility he likes me. he lives with his dad and she lives with their mom. so she’s not around him that often but i’m IN LOVE WITH HIM.

I think you should just do it! What's the harm? Worst case scenario: feelings aren't mutual, then you can start moving on. (Which definitely sounds easier than it is lol!)... Also, been here done that, make sure you are keeping your relationship with the sister, sometimes (as someone who has gone through being both sides sister and friend) the sister will feel pushed away/ignored, or get a little tired of hearing about their sibling.
