Wanna know wha I think as someone who also suffers from the exact same problem as you n sees no purpose in living n I hate myself as well? N it's extremely difficult to see outside that view or to see hope for your future. Start by looking at all the lovely cool things ab yourself,maybe you're pretty or maybe you have a certain talent or thing thats admirable, look at yourself n think ab how valuable you are. Even don't believe believe it . Say it to yourself everyday. You're loveable, awesome n you should be proud of yourself for alllllllll the bullshit you've tolerated n made it out of alive.
